Marcos is the founder and visionary behind his own licensed construction company and one of the two partners at LMD Investment Group LLC. With over a decade of experience in architecture, construction and real estate, he brings a practical and hands-on understanding of the industry.
His experience covers construction, impact-resistant windows and doors, home automation and real estate, allowing him to approach projects from both a technical and creative perspective.
At LMD, Marcos contributes his experience and vision to the development of practical, modern and well-executed projects.

Daniel García

Daniel is one of the two partners at LMD Investment Group LLC, with a strong background in sales, trading and real estate. His career started in construction, giving him a practical understanding of the industry and the different aspects involved in developing and managing projects.
Over the years, Daniel has focused particularly on the Florida real estate market, while also gaining experience in trading and investment. His knowledge of local regulations and market conditions allows him to navigate transactions with a clear and practical approach.
At LMD, Daniel brings his sales experience, market knowledge and ability to work closely with clients, helping turn their ideas and goals into realistic opportunities.
